Spraying

Once the instruments are fully assembled they are prepared for spraying and then receive quite a few coats of lacquer.  There are about four specialist spraying booths and drying facilities the various models receive different treatment - different colours, level of gloss and numbers of coats.

The guitars sit in some very impressive racks while these processes are undertaken - before heading upstairs to the Set-up and Electronics shop.

I'm afraid I didn't get a photo of the spraying booths - but they are just like every other spraying booth!
