The guitar boxes get their binding, rosettes and other
'bling' in various stages on several benches - and then the necks and bodies
are joined. Despite there being quite a
bit of CNC cutting, the final alignment is done by hand - a little bit of sanding,
a few slices with the plane and a lot of expert judgement.
